Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery — a 5.5-year transformative journey that shapes you from a passionate NEET student into a confident, compassionate, and skilled physician.
The MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) is the primary undergraduate medical degree in India, recognised globally. At MPKB Medical College, the MBBS programme is NMC-approved with 150 seats, offered for the first batch from the Academic Year 2025–26.
The programme spans 5.5 years — 4.5 years of academic and clinical study followed by a 1-year compulsory rotating internship at K.D. Parvadiya Multi-Speciality Hospital. Students gain hands-on exposure across all major clinical departments from the very beginning.
The MBBS curriculum follows the Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) framework as mandated by NMC, designed to produce graduates who are competent in all aspects of medical practice.
